The Compact is a set of ground rules that govern the relationship between the Third Sector and the Public Sectors.It sets the standard for behaviour for all parties, and provides for a process of mediation and redress if things go wrong. It is intended to aid the development of partnership working across the Blackpool Strategic Partnersdhip and is a support mechanism for all the partners.
