An essential element of our aim for a World Class Third Sector is encouraging the growth of high quality Consortia and Partnerships.

There are numerous advantages of working in Partnerships and Consortia as well as risks and challenges.

The Strategy enables Blackpool Third Sector Organisations to address these risks so that they can benefit.

There are three broad strategic aims
