There are three strategic aims focussing on Leadership

- High Quality Management
- Organisational Development
- Excellence in Governance

The Strategy has been devised to encourage and support Third Sector Organisations in Blackpool to develop and sustain their Leadership potential and share their skills with others.

Following a series of initial workgroup meetings the initial strategy has now been prepared

We are now proceeding on working and implementing the various milestones.

The Leadership Workgroup meets approximately once a month and we are always looking for anyone to join that has an interest or skills to help develop the quality of Leadership and Governance in Blackpool's Third Sector.
